Refund & Cancellation Policy:

To keep the rates affordable, I can’t offer date changes or refunds because I’d lose thousands of dollars, instead of groups losing a small amount/person.  Please divide up the rental fees between your group members at the time of payment, so if you cancel, it’s a small loss/person.  If you don’t have a group of 6 committed people, I suggest booking the smaller cabins for a group of 2-6 instead.

NO refunds or date changes for any reason such as (but not limited to):  injuries, covid, illness, change of plans, bad weather.  That being said, last winter most groups that had to cancel (in advance) were able to find other groups to fill their nights.

Dogs: are not allowed unless your group books all 3 cabins.  If you MUST bring a dog (meaning you have zero other options) please contact me BEFORE BOOKING to make an agreement.  A dogowner that just shows up with a dog will be asked to leave without a refund.  Please read the Planning/Packing page for more info

Recreation Info:  *Accommodation only is provided*  If you are planning activities such as hiking, mountainbiking, skitouring etc please bring your own maps and research the area before arriving.  All groups must be completely self-guided, have their own communication device & self-rescue if needed.
