This is what is provided:

  • kitchen equipped with dishes, utensils, propane stove/oven, biodegradable dish soap & dishtowels
  • beds for 8 people with mattresses, pillows & spare blankets (2 doubles, 2 twins & 2 single beds)
  • propane & solar LED lights, one set of AA batteries provided, bring more if staying multiple nights.
  • 2 sets of LED USB powered lights, bring cell phone/power pack/USB chargers
  • year round water tap located outside (no indoor plumbing) & indoor water filter
  • outhouse & tp
  • sauna available for $20/night/group to cover firewood & maintenance
  • firewood for cabin is supplied
  • custodian has communication devices and a snowblower to clear road


What you need to bring:

  • bring your own sleeping bag or sheets, towels for sauna
  • maps & the information you need about the area
  • headlamps, extra tealights (if you like to use many), extra (3 AA) batteries for LED xmas lights, USB chargers
  • coolers & dishtowels for large groups
  • cash if paying cabin or sauna fees on site
  • matches or lighter (because cabin matches often go missing)
